* [Commands] Add #findrecipe and #viewrecipe Commands.

- Add #findrecipe [Search Critieria] command.
- Add #viewrecipe [Recipe ID] command.
- #findrecipe will show #viewrecipe saylinks if the user has access to that command.
- #viewrecipe will show #summonitem saylinks if the user has access to that command.
