Currently only works in normal groups
Some decisions: the EXP will be rounded in the favor of the group leader
No idea how live actually handles it.

Default queue size 20 (World:TellQueueSize)
This doe not play well with multiple sessions and a toon crashes and relogs
Normal tells have issues as well.
