* [Cleanup] Cleanup #show currencies Command

# Notes
- Cleans up messages.
- Adds `AA Points` as a viewable currency.
- Adds an enum for `MoneyTypes` and `MoneySubtypes` so we're not using magic numbers for `GetMoney` anymore.
- Converts money amounts to `uint64`.
