[Cleanup] Cleanup #view zone_loot Command (#3523)

* [Cleanup] Cleanup #view zone_loot Command

# Notes
- An item ID was being required, we don't want to do that.
- Cleanup messages to only show item name/item ID

* Update zone_loot.cpp
