This page has packet information from Live as of 12/28/2018. While it is likely that the OpCodes have changed since House of Thule was released, my hope is that the structure of each packet has remained largely unchanged.
It looks like a single opcode (0x125C) is used for multiple packet types. At first I thought this was a code that caused a specific window to appear, but I've seen the same code used for the neighborhood search window (to select a specific neighborhood) and for the street search window inside a specific neighborhood. I have yet to see this code for other neighborhood or item placement actions.

Packet captures specific to trophy data is blocked at the moment. None of my characters on live have trophies, and I think that's why I'm not seeing a response from the server. There's nothing to send back. Unless I can find someone with at least one trophy (ideally a guild and a personal one), I'll have to spend some time questing to get one.

## OP_NewZone - Matches the RoF2 NewZone_Struct, but has a few extra bytes and slightly different data

- May not be specific to neighborhoods, will check this evening

- May have identified a flag that could let the UI enable item placement, but not sure yet.
