[Grids] Convert Grid/Grid Entries to Repositories (#4011)
* [Grids] Convert Grid/Grid Entries to Repositories

- Convert `AddWaypoint()`, `AddWaypointForSpawn()`, `DeleteWaypoint()`, `GetHighestWaypoint()`, `GetRandomWaypointFromGrid()`, `GridExistsInZone()`, and `ModifyGrid()` to repositories.

* Update grid.cpp
