* [Pets] Convert Load of Pets Beastlord Data to Repositories

# Notes
- Convert `GetBeastlordPetData()` to repositories.
- Add support for `unsigned` versions of `float`, `double`, and `decimal`, without this we defaulted to `std::string`, such as with `pets_beastlord_data`.

* Update repository-generator.pl
