[Fix] Add trader/buyer cleanup actions (#4843)
* Add trader/buyer cleanup actions

Add trader/buyer db cleanup for
- on zone idle
- on client first login
- when world drops a zone connection
- in Client::ProcessMovePC

Cleanup several compiler warnings
