[Mercenaries] Convert Mercenaries to Repositories (#3947)
* [Mercenaries] Convert Mercenaries to Repositories

- Convert all Mercenary methods to repositories aside from inner join queries that cannot be converted.

* Update base_merc_subtypes_repository.h

* Update base_merc_subtypes_repository.h

* Regenerate repositories
