[Commands] Add #findcurrency Command (#3368) 
* [Commands] Add #findcurrency Command

# Notes
- Allows you to find alternate currencies by item ID or name.
- Has a saylink for summoning a stack of the currency if the GM can use the `#summonitem` command.
