* [Commands] Cleanup #showbuffs Command

# Notes
- Cleaned up messages and logic.
- Removed unnecessary itembonuses/spellbonuses stuff.
- Removed `Mob::ShowBuffList` as it's just a copy of this method.

* Update mob.cpp
