* [Quest API] Add CopyHateList() to Perl/Lua.

# Perl
- Add `$mob->CopyHateList(to_mob)`.

# Lua
- Add `mob:CopyHateList(to_mob)`.

# Notes
- Allows operators to easily copy and entire hatelist from one mob to another.

* Update mob.cpp
