* Update client_packet.cpp

* strcpy adjustments

* Ensure safe points get reloaded properly

* Simplify GetPEQZone and getZoneShutDownDelay

* Bring in zone_store where needed

* Update client.cpp

* Signature

* Convert helpers to using pointers
