* [Cleanup] Make use of AccountStatus constants wherever status is checked or used.
- Cleanup all instances of SendEmoteMessage.
- Cleanup all instances of SendEmoteMessageRaw.
- Cleanup all instances of MessageStatus.
- Convert Quest API method defaults to use constants.

* Cleanup constant names.
