* [Commands] Cleanup #appearance Command

# Notes
- Cleanup messages and logic.
- Cleanup appearance type constants to use a namespace with constexpr instead.
- Cleanup animation constants to use a namespace with constexpr instead.

* Update emu_constants.cpp

* Cleanup
